Description de la thématique:
Les recherches de l’équipe SSP ont pour but le développement d’une démarche d’ingénierie et des outils associés pour la conception conjointe matériels et logiciels (Hw/Sw CoDesign) des systèmes temps-réel, des systèmes complexes et des systèmes sur silicium (SoC).
Les besoins très importants de calcul embarqué de certains domaines (traitements multimédia, capteurs intelligents, cryptologie, analyse du génome…) suscite le développement d’architectures dédiées à ces traitements (architecture matérielle et logicielle). Des ruptures architecturales pour le calcul intensif à faible consommation sont attendues dans les systèmes embarqués compacts futurs.
