Description scientifique du programme de recherche
L’équipe s’intéresse:
- A la valorisation des ressources naturelles, l’extraction des substances naturelles et à la fonctionnalisation des biopolymères dans les domaines pharmaceutiques, agroalimentaire et environnemental ainsi que l’exploration de diverses molécules naturelles, notamment dans le domaine pharmaceutique et para-pharmaceutique, en améliorant ou remplaçant les procédés traditionnels, tout en préservant l’écosystème.
- Compréhension des interactions moléculaires et des mécanismes impliqués dans divers processus chimiques, tels que l’extraction de substances thérapeutiques, les modifications des biopolymères, les procédés de traitement des effluents et les procédés pharmaceutiques.
- Fonctionnalisation de biopolymères pour des applications médicales, notamment la vectorisation et la libération contrôlée de molécules Développement de formulations efficaces utilisant des substances actives naturelles et/ou prometteuses sur le plan thérapeutique.
- Formulation galénique de molécules d’intérêt pharmaceutique en utilisant différents systèmes (matriciels, dispersés, etc.) et contrôle des caractéristiques modulables de ces systèmes en fonction des paramètres extérieurs.
- Conception des systèmes intelligents à base de biopolymères (modifiés ou non modifiés) pour la vectorisation de molécules ou de macromolécules d’intérêt.
- Utilisation de modélisation et de simulation intelligentes pour tester des stratégies de contrôle et d’optimisation sans perturber le processus réel, tout en affinant le modèle mathématique pour une meilleure représentation du fonctionnement du procédé ou du phénomène
