Description scientifique du programme de recherche

 La thématique de la recherche s’inscrit dans le développement des connaissances et des informations liées aux transferts convectifs. L’objectif assigné est triple : Compréhension des phénomènes de transport, de transfert de chaleur et de matière dans des milieux variés (classiques, poreux, poreux avec ou sans nanofluides,…); modélisation mathématique et enfin simulation et optimisation des systèmes où interviennent ces phénomènes notamment lors des couplages forts et en MHD. La maitrise des principaux paramètres d’incidence effective et notable est notamment étendue aux systèmes à forte non-linéarité, à la thermoconvection et pour différentes configurations,  Dans ce contexte, les projets en question vont permettra de développer une méthodologie d’ensemble pouvant mener à une vision et des décisions sur le moyen d’intensification des échanges thermiques ou massiques par l’intermédiaire des nanofluides et/ou par l’intermédiaire de la MHD.Les applications aux systèmes énergétiques notamment ceux utilisant les énergies renouvelables ou encore les sytèmes frigorifiques constituent le moteur des domaines de la recherche investie. Par ailleurs l’équipe s’interesse aux possibles couplages des systèmes de dessallement.
